Rabbi Simcha Green

Rabbi Simcha Green is a musmach of Yeshiva University, having studied under Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik.
He was one of the founders of the Torah Leadership Seminar programs that YU created 45 years ago, the forerunner to the OU NCSY programs.

Shaarey Tphiloh Synagogue has begun its second century, being established in Portland, Maine in 1904. It remains as the only Orthodox and OU synagogue in Portland. A 70 page history of the shul has been commissioned and is ready for publication.
